PLAY is fortunate to be working with Realtor® Betsy Akers, Altanta Fine Homes, Sotheby’s International Realty. When PLAY began work with Akers in late 2018, she was the number one individual agent in Atlanta with $76M in total sales in 2017 with an average home sale price of $2.3M.

Our goal was to create an awareness campaign to engage and educate potential customers about Betsy, her properties and why she’s so effective. By driving folks to a website we designed and implemented, BetsyAkers.com, we are best able to tell the Akers’ story, measure the effectiveness of the campaign and promote users to reach out to Betsy.

The results are have been steady. Through a mix of direct mail, print, AdWords, Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business, tens of thousands of eyeballs see Betsy’s name every month. We have heard consistently through Betsy that home owners and buyers alike have researched her through the website before reaching out. With over $80M+ in sales in 2022, Betsy continues to stay in the conversation as Atlanta’s individual top agent as ranked by Atlanta Realtors®.
