PLAY is fortunate to be working with Realtor® Betsy Akers, Altanta Fine Homes, Sotheby’s International Realty. When PLAY began work with Akers in late 2018, she was the number one individual agent in Atlanta with $76M in total sales in 2017 with an average home sale price of $2.3M. We had a lot to work with!

Our goal was to create an awareness campaign to engage and educate potential customers about Betsy, her properties and why she’s so effective. By driving folks to a website we designed and implemented, BetsyAkers.com, we are best able to tell the Akers’ story, measure the effectiveness of the campaign and promote users to reach out to Betsy.

The campaign includes strategic planning, media planning, direct mail (mailing list and creative). print ads, outdoor and Adwords campaign. With BetsyAkers.com, we pull the properties directly from FMLS and stylize the content via a third party software. The site is optimized for search and registers in Google My Business for location search.

The results are good so far. 2019 has been strong for new Akers’ home listings with some signees mentioning our campaign as an influencer. Additionally, we see web visits are up around 6,000% from previous page visits compared to pre-campaign numbers and total campaign impressions surpass a million. The word is out.
